Any returns of defective or unrequested items have to be arranged with our customer service. Please direct your complaints within reasonable time to our service, preferably by E-mail: service@bong-shop.org. Usually the shipping costs of returns of acceptable items have to be borne by the customer. Exceptions have to be negotiated with the vendor.Address returns to:

For returns within the European Union applies the respective national law of the customer. Below we listed information regarding the right of withdrawal in memberstates of the European Union. No responsibility is taken for the correctness and validness of this information. If you have any questions or your country is not listed please contact us before placing your order.These cancellation time limits apply:
7 working days: Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom
8 working days: Hungary
10 days: Poland
10 working days: Greece, Italy
14 days: Cyprus, Czech Republik, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Portugal, Sweden, Latvia
15 days: Malta, Slovenia
As reference: Article 6 (3) of the Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts as of May 20th 1997 (as directive these regulations are not legally binding - as mentioned above: solely national the respective national law applies): "Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraph 1 in respect of contracts:
- for the provision of services if performance has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the seven working day period referred to in paragraph 1,
- for the supply of goods or services the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the supplier,
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the consumer,
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines,
- for gaming and lottery services."
General tipps for smooth course of returns:
- Please contact us by e-mail before sending back the received goods: service@bong-shop.org We will answer you and arrange the details of the return or pick-up service.
- We can't relate your order if you forget to add a letter with your name, order number and contents of the parcel or a copy of your bill to.
- Please don't send unpaid parcels. The delivery costs will be refunded if all requirements are met. This is another reason to contact us before returning the goods: We can determine the best mode of shipment or pick-up.
- Please indicate your bank details for money transfer
